Located only 30 minutes from Faleolo International Airport, and only 20 minutes from the ferry to the big island of Savaii, the hotel will provide an alternative to the traditional resort experience in Samoa.
Nestled within 240 acres of pristine tropical rainforests, white sand beaches, two private coves and dramatic landscape, the land was recently used for the American TV series Survivor Samoa (2009) and Survivor Heroes and Villians (2011). The hotel has been themed to incorporate Tribal Council and competitive aspects of the show so that fans can relive the adventure and excitement whilst enjoying the luxury of a boutique Samoa Resort.
Stage 1 concentrates on a Central Facilities building including a traditional Fale form for the Reception Lobby with Conference Facilities one side and Restaurant/ Bar facilities the other. This will support over-water, beachfront and garden bungalows, a marine sports pavilion, swimming pool, swim-up bar, performance stage, Pier Point restaurant, staff and service facilities, decks and covered ways.
Subsequent stages will provide a wedding chapel, Honeymoon Beachfront Bungalows, Presidential Suite, Cafe, Bar, three-storey hotel suite accommodation blocks, tennis courts and pavilion.
