Point Ridge is an exclusive gated community development on the hillside above North Harbour Stadium, Auckland.
The Terracotta tiled roofs and bagged brickwork or plaster walls in clay tones were influenced by the hillside towns of Italy. Accommodation ranges from 2-storey townhouses to 3-storey terrace houses and low rise apartment buildings set amongst swimming pools and lush landscaped grounds to give a feeling of resort living within the city. |
