This project was for 28 luxury apartments on the beachfront of Orewa Beach, north of Auckland. Swan Railley refined the original concept plans by Bruce Campbell, documented the building consent and assisted during construction in observing the construction and quality control.
The development consists of 8 two-bedroom apartments, 16 three-bedroom apartments, two penthouses and two beach front duplex apartments, all of generous proportions. The apartments form three separate buildings linked by one underground carpark structure with lift access to all units. The grounds are also generous and feature an in-ground swimming pool, with spa pool and BBQ area and shade structures over walkways that frame views and identify building entrances. There is direct access from the grounds to the beach and an adjacent council reserve.
